1. What if I have a defective product under warranty?

We will, at our option, either (a) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

"Refurbished" means a component that has been returned to its original specifications. We do not give refunds, credit memos.

2. How do I make a warranty claim?

For warranty service, you must begin by requesting a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) from our sales.(Please refer to our “Return" policy for more detail.)

With several years development, We owns many Panasonic full-automatic equipment, and cooperate with all those panel factories. We offer LCD display technique to many Chinese vehicle factories like BAIC group, SAIC group, form our own full industry chain. We have cooperation with those famous enterprise inside or outside China, like Skyworth, Bosch China, SouGou, Foxconn.
    So far, our products cover industrial control digital readout, vehicledisplay, business display, electronic end, medical equipment, intelligent home.
