OKM12864-253C4 module can display letters, numbers, Chinese characters and graphics, with a mixture of graphics and text screen display. A 128 (column) x 64 (row) lattice can be displayed. Can complete the graphic display.

OKM12864-253C4 provides three control interfaces: 8-bit microprocessor interface, 4-bit microprocessor interface, serial interface.

OKM12864-253C4 provides multi-function instructions: clear screen, cursor return, display on/off, cursor display/hide, display character flash, cursor shift, display shift, vertical screen scrolling, reverse video display.

OKM12864-253C4 use and storage temperature are: room temperature (working temperature 0 ~ +50 °C, storage temperature -10 ~ +60 °C); wide temperature (working temperature -20 ~ +70 °C, storage temperature -30 ~ +80 °C) ; Wide temperature (working temperature -30 ~ +80 °C, storage temperature -40 ~ +80 °C), available for customers to choose.
